Why we run

I entertained you for years. Now I want to get you healthy.

I got to a point in my life where the fame was going up and the money was going up, but my health was going down. I didn't agree with that.

I'm 40 now. I spent years partying with y'all. Instead of just entertaining my followers, I want to make them healthy. That's what started this. So we run.

Run day

Three hours. One flock. Here's how it goes down.

Every city runs the same play, 11am to 2pm. Show up early, fuel up, stretch it out, then earn the stage.

  1. Doors

    Check in and pre-fuel

    Registration opens hours before the start. Hit the hydration stations and grab something from the pre-workout meal vendors so you're not running on empty.

  2. Warm-up

    The group stretch

    The whole flock warms up together. A guided stretch session gets everybody loose, from first-timers to the folks chasing a PR.

  3. The run

    5K, your way

    Five kilometers, or a couple of miles if that's your day. Run it, walk it, pace it with a crew, or just come as you are. Nobody gets left behind.

  4. Recovery

    The recovery experience

    Cold plunges, a recovery lounge, and stretch and sport massage tables. Treat your body like it just did something, because it did.

  5. Vendor village

    Food, brands, and a DJ set

    Eat, meet the flock, shop the drop, and catch the DJ while the brand activations run.

  6. Headliner

    Waka and Friends, live

    You ran. You earned it. The day closes with a headline show, and the afterparty is always a possibility.
